Alimentação (2ª série)

Para manter boa saúde, devemos nos alimentar bem. Para isso, precisamos comer frutas, legumes, verduras, cereais, ovos, carnes e leite, pois são alimentos saudáveis.
A carne, os ovos e seus derivados são necessários ao crescimento e fortalecimento dos ossos e dentes.
As raízes, os grãos, as frutas e as verduras contêm vitaminas e sais minerais, que fornecem energia e protegem nosso coprpo contra doenças.
Nossos alimentos podem ser de origem animal, vegetal ou mineral. E todos são indispensáveis ao nosso organismo.
Alimentos naturais e industrializados
As frutas, verduras e legumes são alimentos naturais, ou seja, podem ser consumidos sem passar por nenhum processo industrial.
Os alimentos industrializados passam pela indústria e sofrem modificações. É o caso das geléias, do extrato de tomate, da maionese, das salsichas, dos salames, da margarina, dos iogurtes e outros.
